If you see an available listing that you'd like to reserve, you can apply for it and, once approved, reserve it by signing a lease. The lease and rent will start on the Available Date shown on the listing. We cannot hold apartments past their available date.
The deposit is generally equal to one month's rent; however, your deposit will be calculated based on the results of your screening report.
Payments may be made for free via the Resident Portal or by check/money order with a $5 processing fee. Cash payments can be made at 7-Eleven or Ace Cash Express locations by obtaining an electronic cash payment slip from the leasing office; cash is not accepted in the leasing office.
Depending on the start date of the lease, we may be able to offer anywhere between 4 and 24 month terms. Contact the leasing office for more information.
Yes, pets are allowed only after they've been approved through the leasing office. Restrictions apply. Please contact the leasing office prior to applying to ensure your pet can live at our community.
Currently, we do not require renter's insurance; however, we highly recommend residents obtain a renter's insurance policy as our insurance policies only cover the structure of our buildings.
The only people allowed to live in the apartment are those specifically listed on the lease. If you would like to move someone else into your apartment, you must first contact the leasing office.
Yes, we offer after-hours emergency services for emergency situations where there is an immediate threat of property damage. Should you experience a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 prior to contacting us.
Rent is due on the 1st day of every month, regardless of weekends or holidays, and is considered to be past due after 4:30PM on the 1st.
Yes, you are allowed to hang a reasonable amount of items on the walls in your apartment using only small picture hanging nails. We do not allow the use of any adhesive hanging products, such as the Command line.
Unfortunately, we do not allow residents to sublease their apartments.
